-If you are a Kittery or Kittery Point resident, all you need is proof of residence.  This can be a piece of mail with your Kittery or Kittery Point address, a driver's license, a land deed etc.

-If you are from another town, there is a yearly $40 non-resident fee.

-If you own a Kittery business, bring proof of its address and your card is free.

-If you are a Town of Kittery employee, your card is free.

-All ages are welcome to apply for a card.
